Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Reporting to: Managing Director

Main role: Manage HR functions


Main tasks:
- Organize trainings and team bonding days
- Setting KPIs and targets
- Organizing and overseeing the recruitment process
- Setting up policies and procedures
- Initiate employees benefits programs
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Preparing job descriptions
 

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, HR specialization preferably
- 4 years relevant HR experience (advertising agency background preferably)
- Hands on experience in HR functions
- Displays ability to effectively communicate with the staff and management
- Excellent communication skills and bilingual language skills Arabic and English
