HR/IS Digital Innovation Consultant Budapest (Hungary)   /   Home Office supported

• HR/IS Digital Innovation Consultant: Lead and support HR digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective utilization and continuous optimization, configuration and maintenance of SAP and SuccessFactors solutions (or other HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement system and modules).
• Manage and coordinate system enhancements, releases, and upgrades, including impact analysis, testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Ensure stable system operations by overseeing incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to design and implement digital solutions for both operations teams and clients (end users and project sponsors)
• Foster seamless cooperation with stakeholders.
• Cooperate problem framing and prioritization across initiatives, balancing user value, institutional impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow between technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders, supporting cross-functional collaboration
• Maximize the digital product value by defining the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team

• High adoption and business value realization of SAP / SuccessFactors (and other HR/Finance/Legal systems), with continuously improved, standardized, and efficient stakeholder processes.
• Timely and high-quality delivery of system changes, with minimal disruption to business operations and successful, well-tested releases.
• Stable and reliable system operations, reflected in low incident rates, fast resolution times (SLA adherence), and strong collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Digital solutions are delivered successfully through effective cross-functional cooperation, providing measurable improvements in operational efficiency and client/end-user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder collaboration is actively supported and strengthened, ensuring smooth communication, aligned expectations, and effective engagement throughout digital initiatives.
• Initiatives are effectively framed and prioritized in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring a balanced approach that maximizes user value and institutional impact while considering feasibility, risks, and resource constraints.
• Clear and effective communication is ensured between technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders, enabling smooth information flow and strengthening cross-functional collaboration throughout digital projects.
• Digital product value is consistently increased through roadmap ownership, prioritized backlog management, and effective coordination between stakeholders and the development team.
• University degree in relevant field
• Experience in digital transformation and innovation min. 2-3 years
