For Hungarian organization  we are looking for a
Sales Planning Manager
within the Crop Science Division


Main Responsibilities:


  • Lead the organization to maximize the value of our business
  • Leads efficient roll out and execution of the operational sales strategies
  • Drive business growth for our integrated CP and Seeds offering
  • Exceeding the relevant benchmarks in customer satisfaction
  • To develop an ambitious and consistent sales plan and sales activity in line with country objectives
  • Implement the EMEA KPI-s to the country level
  • Setting and tracking KPI’s together with DSM’s for individual sales reps
  • Providing effective reports and analysis to management (commercial and marketing)
  • Close cooperation with Head of sales, Territory Managers and KAM
  • Leads planning process and ensures timely delivery
  • Leads Channel inventory monitoring and prioritizes delivery plan to them
  • Major interface between marketing and sales, transferring and tracking the marketing programs for sales




  • Agriculture University degree, Economic degree is an advantage
  • Previous operational experience in customer facing positions
  • Solid agricultural knowledge and understanding of local market environment is a must
  • Strong customer focus and strategic mindset
  • Fluent English
  • Direct and transparent communication
