For Hungary we are looking for a
Digital & E-commerce Manager
within the Consumer Health Division



  • Build coherent on-line Bayer brand presence and driving business in e-commerce channel
  • Lead efficient digital/ e-commerce strategy development and implementation meanwhile follow guidance from global & cluster digital team
  • Be a key contact person for global & cluster digital team
  • Support local marketing team in digital activation (PPC, SEO…etc.)
  • Manage sales and profitability of e-commerce channel to deliver given targets
  • Maintain constant touch with the market to understand digital strategies and retail trends or competitor activities
  • Ensure deployment of meaningful tracking tools and systems, providing regular reports for the digital community



  • At least  3 years experience and working knowledge in digital campaign AND e-commerce management (3rd party management)
  • Strong and confident knowledge and experience in digital campaign AND ALSO in e-commerce management
  • Solid knowledge in the latest digital marketing trends, tools and techniques
  • Strong project management skills and capability to lead cross-functional team
  • Problem-solving attitude and innovative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced level of English (written & spoken)
