Our Human Resources Team is seeking a motivated

HR Generalist

with a temporary employment.

 

JOB SUMMARY:
The HR generalist is the first point of contact for selected group of functions; leaders and employees. She/he acts as local HR partner in all people related topics (talent acquisition, talent management, rewards, engagement, operations, etc.) for her/his business partners. She/he plays a key role in change management to ensure smooth integration process.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain a clear understanding of current and future business strategies to implement effective people strategies
• Develop strong employee relations by providing frequent communication, responding to employee feedback and ensuring fairness in the workplace
• Act as coach/consultant to people managers. Provide counsel and assist employees and people managers in resolving complex or controversial Human Resource problems, including disciplinary counseling, legal issues
• Proactively develop, recommend and assist with the implementation of new HR initiatives, procedures and documentation
• Ensure effective application of all HR processes in the frame of the intergation between Monsanto and Bayer
• Lead recruitment projects, keeping contact with recruitment agencies
• Manage general administration of the department
• Support general labor related issues including compensation and benefits and HR information systems
• Drive changes and support business throughout the integration process between Monsanto and Bayer
Working two days per week from our office in Nagyigmánd Seed Plant and three days per week from our Budapest based office

REQUIREMENTS:

• College or university degree preferably in HR/Business/Economics
• Min. 3-5 years HR experience (preferably in generalist position) in multinational environment
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Open minded, friendly personality with good sense of humor
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and "can do" attitude to work
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
• Strong influence skills and demonstrated ability to work with leadership and employees
• Ability to work with limited guidance from superiors
• Driving license B

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in merger & acquisition process and/or in large change management project is an advantage
