For the Hungarian Consumer Health Division we are looking for a
Trade Manager


Main Responsibilities:
• Develop yearly trade channel specific activation plan for Analgesics, Skincare and Allergy categories, set up
  KPI’s and monitor sales implementation
• Support sales force with POS, argumentation materials and category-related trainings in the sales cycle operation when
  their categories are involved
• Submit regular KPI reports and ROI evaluations channelling in feedback from sales force, brand marketing and customers;
  share learnings within and outside the country
• Develop visibility strategy, across trade channels and products categories; drive and monitor implementation
• Develop pharmacy POS materials for their categories in line with brand and corporate strategies
• Support Sales in developing customer presentations and evaluations of customer specific activities with pharmacy
  chains key accounts partners
• Organise sufficient Bayer presence for pharmacists and potential relevant HCP groups in conferences and events


• College/University degree;
• 3-5 years of experience sales and/or trade marketing is a must, preferably in OTC;
• Advanced level of English;
• Results oriented, organised (ability to manage many tasks);
• Strong leadership skill;
• Thoroughness, analytical skills;
• High degree of flexibility and integrity
• Creativity and ideas out of the box
