For the Hungarian organisation we are looking for a

Talent Acquisition&Training Management Professional

within the Country Platform Division for a one-year definite period

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Revise and understand the position's content and competency profile with line manager and HR responsible; create job advertisement and coordinate posting, including choice of resourcing media and methodology; applications screening; manage the full lifecycle of recruitment
• Advise line manager about selection tools to be used, provide appropriate selection tools according to type and level of the position
• Organizing and coordinating internal and external trainings with end-to-end logistics; measure, monitor, evaluate and develop the effectiveness of trainings
• Prepare regular reports and presentations regarding the training standards, data and results
• Supporting the processes of people development and career management
• Coordinating and administering company language courses
• Participating in various HR projects and Employed Branding activities
• Managing the internal HR communication

WHO YOU ARE

Experience:

• College / University degree
• Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a muntinational company
• Fluency in English is a must
• Be familiar with the training and competence development areas
• Working in projects across a complex organization

Skills:

• Customer-oriented attitude, client focus
• Able to work with high degree of autonomy and self-drive
• Flexibility
• Strong communication skills
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP knowledge is an advantage
