Currently we are looking for candidates for the following role:

 

Account Manager – German speaking

As an Account Manager you will provide Account Management activity through contacting existing and new large customers in Central and Eastern Europe region with a focusing on the long tail accounts with lower number of active subscriptions or with potential acquisitions. Taking responsibility for these customers’ revenue growth through increased penetration of small and independent subsidiaries by selling pre-approved tariffs, special tariffs, terms & conditions, preparing presentations and proposals.

What you will do:

● To proactively sell to allocated acquisition and farming customers
● To upsell/maintain existing contracts with looking after allocated account portfolio
● To proactively maintain contact with all NAM’s, TL’s and CSM’s on a regular basis
● Invite and follow up on customers for events
● Mange and handle negotiations with high clients
● Act as Senior DBAM, involvement in coach and train Junior DBAM’s
● Prepare customer proposals/presentations
● Calculate savings
● Build customer pricing (local and global)

Requirements:

● Fluent German language skills both written and oral
● Strong intermediate English language skills both written and oral
● Experience working in sales environment is a must
● Relationship building and communication skills are essential
● Confident knowledge of MS Office and Excel
● Attention to details and strong customer focus
● Good problem solving and communication skills
